Weekend Reading 1.24.21

I took a long drive with a good friend yesterday, we drove out to Lake Sonoma to watch the sunset over the bridge and had such a great talk on the way. Little getaways are all we’ve got right now, so I’m spending time exploring parts of Northern California I haven’t seen in a long time or ever.

Everything is going smoothly so far with the escrow on the little fixer upper we’re investing in, so if all goes well I’ll have “before” pictures to share in a few weeks, and of course all of my design ideas to incorporate into the renovation. Meanwhile, I’m just hunkered down for the remainder of winter and hoping for more getaways come spring.
